- Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
- Can I place an order over the phone?
Ordering online is usually the fastest way to go but we completely understand if you feel more comfortable talking to a real human. For that reason, yes you can place an order over the phone; simply call us at 888-723-3888 Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 5pm PST. (Calls made between the hours of 5pm and 8am PST during regular business days will be answered via voice message).
- How do I figure out what size I am?
To make it easy as pie we have a size conversion chart to help you determine what size fits you best when ordering. Please use this chart as a general guide to compare the various size scales.
- Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
In order for our customers to receive their product in the shortest time possible, we process orders as soon as they are received. So we are unable to cancel, change, combine shipping or add items to an order once it has been processed. BUT you do have time before your order goes into processing so if you have any questions or wish to make changes on your order please contact us ASAP and we’ll do what we can to help you. Contact Us
- What if an item I ordered is no longer available?
We make every effort to keep adequate stock of online items, but sometimes we sell out faster than we can keep up. If we are out of stock on a particular item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Such changes will reflect on your final order total as well as your shipping confirmation form. We will do our very best to offer you either an alternative product, that you might love a little more, or let you know when your original product is back in stock.
Shipping and Handling
- How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless you have specified differently on your order at the time of check out. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped, this confirmation will include order details along with your tracking number.
- How much does shipping cost?

- What if my preferred shipping method is not listed?
Making you happy remains our number one priority, if your preferred shipping method is not listed in the above table please Contact Us and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
- How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
We make every effort to ship your order as soon as it is received. Usually this happens within 24 hours.
- How long does it take for me to receive my order?
The length of ship time depends on where in the world you might be, please view shipping chart for estimated ship times.
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to Canada, EU, and Australia via USPS/Fedex/UPS. Free shipping via USPS for orders over $500.00. Need it sooner? There are Next Day options via FedEx and UPS. Postage will vary depending on country.
Items shipped internationally are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. So once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.
- What are your shipping guidelines?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM PST will enter processing the same day, excluding holidays, and will ship within one business day pending product availability and credit verification.
All orders placed Monday-Friday after 2 PM PST will begin processing the following business day, and ship within 48 hours. We will contact you with via email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer Saturday delivery as a standard shipping method, however, Saturday delivery is available at customer’s expense.

- Are there any shipping restrictions on my order?
Because shipping is out of our control, there are some restrictions with each shipping method. UPS does not offer shipping to P.O. Box or A.F.O. addresses, please keep this in mind when choosing the appropriate shipping method for you. Please Contact Us if you have any questions regarding shipping restrictions.
- What do I do if my order is lost or I have not received it within the estimated ship time?
We want our customers to be 100% happy with our products and services. We understand that sometimes packages are lost, should you realize that your package has been delayed and is lost, Contact Us and we will make every effort to assist you in recovering that package. Need be, we will gladly ship you a new order if yours remains M.I.A. after the specified estimated shipping time.
Returns and Exchanging
- What is your return policy?
Your total satisfaction with our product is top priority. We know how it is with online shopping and get that sometimes, try as we might, we need to exchange or return an item and that’s why we do what we can to make the process as easy as possible for you.
How do we do that? Read on for our return and exchange instructions and see for yourself just how easy it really is!
We accept returns on all items within 30 days from the receipt of your order as long as the items:
- are unworn and in their original condition
- have their original tags
- are in their original packaging
- if ladies swimwear, should have sanitary liner attached
In order for returns and exchanges to be accepted we ask that undergarments be kept on while trying on your swimsuit.
If you notice any defects with your items or are in any way not completely happy with your product, please Contact Us so that we can do our best to make you happy.
Every returned item must have an authorization number in order to be processed. To get your authorization number, Contact Us.
Refunds where applicable will be made in the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to appear on your statement.
Please have your invoice or order number and invoice date ready when you call for a return.
Upon agreement to accept goods for credit or exchange, your customer service representative will issue the RA (Return Authorization) number.
The return package should have the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package and be shipped to the following address:

Should you find any manufacture defects with your purchase you have 180 days to send it back at no cost to you. Returning defective garments require obtaining a Return Authorization number (RA number) to do so, simply contact us and we will assign an RA number to you if applicable. Invoice and merchandise in its original packaging will need to be returned in order for warranty to take effect.
